Hello! If you have only found my tree-of-life tutorials through my blog, I just wanted to let you know I'm currently posting daily videos on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. And every once in a while, I go live. And every once in a while I post a video including making the hoop, or just making the hoop. Here's an example of a video including the hoop part:
